Reflexology​

 

"Reflexology works on the principle that all the organs of the body are mirrored in the feet. By working on them, we are in fact reachning and stimulating the whole body. Treatment uses massage and pressure to specific areas of the feet clearing blockages in energy pathways. Many conditions have been known to respond well to reflexology. It can help alleviate muscle pain, digestive, respiratory and menstrual disorders to name a few. As it is deeply relaxing it is also extremley effective in dealing with stress. Reflexology ​revitalises energy, improves cirulation, cleanses the body of toxins and boosts the immune system. An aromatherapy lotion, specifically blended to suit the presenting symptoms will be used in the massage of your feet."
